We do our very best to ensure you are satisfied with the products we carry. If you have any issues, please contact us first at before sending back any items or orders.

Returned Items

All items to be returned require a RMA # before being processed. Once you have contacted us with issues and a RMA number is generated, we will provide you with a shipping address  and a RMA form to fill out to ship the products back for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Returning Non-Defective Items

Any returned items found not to be defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items can be returned within 30 days of being received by the customer.

Undeliverable Items

Any undeliverable orders will be refunded minus the shipping cost upon being received at our warehouse.
