Due to the hygienic nature of how our products are used, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or have already been mounted with velcro adhesives (for helmet speakers). We also do not accept returns for new and unopened items 30 days past the delivery of the order. Any returned items that are not found to be defective and/or with missing parts will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
All items to be returned require a RMA # before being processed. Once you have contacted us with issues and a RMA number is generated, we will provide you with a shipping address and a RMA form to fill out to ship the products back for inspection, repair, or replacement.
Returning Non-Defective Items
Any returned items found not to be defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items can be returned within 30 days of being received by the customer.
Any undeliverable orders will be refunded minus the shipping cost upon being received at our warehouse.
Cancelling an order:
Once an order is placed but you wish to cancel it, contact us immediately and we will try our best to stop your shipment, but we cannot make any guarantees. Amazon provides us with strict shipping deadlines so we send your order to our fulfillment center for processing soon after we receive your order. In the event that it cannot be cancelled due to processing already under way for shipping, your shipping charge will not be refunded and we also do not cover your shipping charge to send it back. Please do not open the item and we will arrange a RMA with you to send it back. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
